Medtech is now ISO 9001:2015 Certified

It gives us immense pleasure and pride to announce that Medtech Maldives Pvt Ltd is now ISO 9001:2015 certified. 

This makes us the first privately owned medical distribution and related consultancy services company in the Maldives to receive this certification. 

This achievement marks a significant milestone in our pursuit of excellence and is a testament to our dedication towards continuous improvement. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognized standard that ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system. 

The ISO certification process involved an extensive company-wide audit, which included a management system documentation review, pre-audit assessment, and full system audit, followed by the rectification of non-conformance. This process helped us identify areas that needed improvement and allowed us to implement the necessary changes that will enable us to enhance the quality policy of our organization. 

We believe that this quality management system will set new standards which will govern relations with our stakeholders, thus propelling us toward operational efficiency and optimization.
